How to get your tax statement

Completing your tax returns may be more complicated if you have made several group insurance claims throughout the year. Fortunately, your group insurance statement can help.

You don’t know how to get it? We’re here to help.

Step to follow

Enter the policy number or group number of your group insurance plan to know the best way to get your statement.

This number must have between 5 and 10 characters.

Look on your group insurance card. You’ll see your group numbers or group plan policy.
