Mobile Office, step-by-step
To use Mobile Office, you must be contracted with Beneva and have an active Advisor Centre account—you’ll be using the same credentials to log into the app. And since this is an iPad app, you also need to have an iPad running iOS 12 or a more recent version.

Yes there is!
For security reasons, you must send cheques by regular mail with the client’s name and date of birth or client number.
Bank deposits, however, are the recommended option as the safest and quickest way to go.

Mobile Office will send you and your client your respective copies by email as a password-protected attachment. You and your client each have your password. Clients with no email address ? No worries, they get their copy by mail.

- Head over to the Document Centre and select the PDF form you want to edit (application/instructions)
- Fill it out and have your client sign it
- Log in to the secure investment platform
- Click Write to us (main menu)
- Fill out the form, attach the PDF and hit send
