Mobile Office, step-by-step
To use Mobile Office, you must have an active Beneva Advisor Centre account. Once you’re logged in, head over to Savings and Investments and select Access Mobile Office from the menu. Use the same ID and password to log in to Mobile Office. It’s that simple.
Mobile Office is THE savings and investments form that follows you wherever you go.
Send in new applications or instructions for existing contracts in just a few clicks.
Documents can be signed remotely. Mobile Office also saves you time by letting your clients know when they need to sign documents.
You can rest easy, and so can your clients! Electronic forms are securely sent to you, your client and your general agent. We keep personal information safe at all times.

Yes there is!
For security reasons, you must send cheques by regular mail with the client’s name and date of birth or client number.
Bank deposits, however, are the recommended option as the safest and quickest way to go.

Mobile Office will securely send you and your client your respective copies. It’s simple, the password is the same as usual ((i.e.: Fundserv%client family name). Clients with no email address? No worries, they get their copy by mail.

- Log in to the Advisor Centre.
- Head over to Savings and investments, then under Email us click Submit a request.
- Fill out the form, attach the PDF and hit send.
