Beneva unveils its impact statement on sustainability in images

June 5, 2024

Quebec City, June 5, 2024 – On World Environment Day, Beneva is unveiling to the public a video highlighting its impact statement on sustainability.

Its commitment?

Investing in global wellness while accelerating a just transition towards a greener, more inclusive and resilient world.

This stance means that the company will:

  • Pursue and continue its efforts in physical, mental and financial health
  • Pursue its efforts to reduce its ecological footprint to reach its net-zero emission targets in 2040 and 2050
  • Take concrete actions in equity, diversity and inclusion to build an open-minded society that values co-existence
  • Contribute to making communities more resilient

Involve its employees, members, clients and partners to achieve this goal

“The contribution of our employees, members, clients and partners is a must if we want our process to succeed. The solutions to the challenges awaiting us in the future can be developed only if we mobilize together. The concept of a just transition is essential because the expected changes will have to take into account the reality of both the current and future generations by making sure nobody gets left behind. I’m extremely proud of the commitment that Beneva makes to protect our people and their environment,” said Jean-François Chalifoux, President and Chief Executive Officer.
