Beneva's Group Insurance EVP wins Industry Leadership Award at Workplace Benefits Awards 2024


Quebec City, October 21, 2024 —Today, Éric Trudel, Executive Vice-President and Leader of Group Insurance at Beneva, was honoured at the 8th Workplace Benefits Awards presented by Benefits Canada, taking home the Industry Leadership Category for his active commitment to employee benefits.

An influential leader in employee benefits

Éric Trudel's bold vision and inspiring approach to maintaining mutually beneficial relationships with stakeholders, his courage in the face of adversity and his desire to leave behind a legacy are what earned him this award.

It is a testament to the work done over the last four years to integrate our operations while maintaining customer service levels and developing an innovative product offering," said Éric Trudel, Executive Vice-President and Leader of Group Insurance at Beneva.

Beneva was also a finalist in the Benefits Plan Communications Category for its innovative compensation communications campaign called Your Tota Rewards: So much more than a paycheque, which was deployed in spring 2023.
