Let’s get you started on the Client Centre

It only takes a minute to sign up, and you’ll enjoy all the convenience of the Client Centre—your very own online space to stay on top of things!

  • First things first

    You'll need the personal code we send you by email to create your account.

    Head over to our website or mobile app to start your registration.

     

  • Create your account

    Enter the information requested on each screen. Make sure your personal information matches what your employer has on file, such as your full name and mailing address.

    If you already had an SSQ Insurance or Beneva Client Centre account, just skip this step and log in.

Welcome to your online enrolment guide.

Here at Beneva, we like to make your life easy. 
So we’re happy to walk you through the steps of your enrolment for a smooth process.

Before we get started, here’s what you’ll need:

  • your spouse's insurance details (if they have a group plan too) 
  • info about your dependents (your spouse and kids)
  • your banking details (for reimbursements by direct deposit)

Alright then, first things first.
 
Head over to the Beneva Client Centre and log in.

Homepage
You’ll quickly see a message telling you to complete your online enrolment. That’s your starting point!

Your enrolment has 3 steps:

  1. Your profile
  2. Your choices
  3. Your confirmation

Quick Tip 
If you need to interrupt your enrolment, simply finish the step you’ve already started to save your info. 
You can then pick up right where you left off.

Step 1: Your Profile
Enter and confirm your profile information. 
Tell us about yourself! 

Good to Know
See inaccurate information you can’t edit? 
Stuck on a question and need some help?
Your plan administrator or HR team is always in your corner if you have questions or need an update to your file.

Other Insurance Coverage 
Joining your group plan is mandatory, but you can choose the right fit for you.
If you’ve already got health and dental care coverage under your spouse’s plan, you can opt out of these benefits.

Here’s how to do it:
Send your plan administrator or HR team proof that you’re covered under your spouse’s plan.
Check off the box I wish to be exempted from this benefit next to your choices.

Previously approved amounts

If any previously approved amounts can be transferred from your former plan, we’ll get that done for you!

Simply confirm the coverage amounts next to each option. We’ll take it from there.

Flex Credits

Got flex credits? Now’s the time to distribute them as you wish.

We’ll show you all your options.

Your Beneficiaries 

Nothing complicated. Just name one or more beneficiaries for each benefit listed.

Make sure the percentage for each benefit equals 100%.

Banking Information   

Enter your bank account details for quick reimbursements by direct deposit.

Click Start next to Your Declaration and Authorization

Make sure you check off the box at the end of the statement, then click Confirm.
