Each time you report fraud, you help us to prevent and protect others. Here are the steps you can expect when filing a report:
If you’re the victim of fraud or witness fraud or an unethical situation, you should collect as much information as possible.
There are three possible ways to do this:

You’ll get a username and password so you can follow up on your report at any time.
This will allow you to speak confidentially with us.
Your report is sent by our external provider to the Beneva Centre for Excellence in Fraud Prevention. We’ll confirm receipt of your information and then start an analysis and investigation, where applicable.
If additional information is required, we’ll contact you on the secure platform.
