Help us fight fraud How can you help?

Each time you report fraud, you help us to prevent and protect others. Here are the steps you can expect when filing a report:

If you’re the victim of fraud or witness fraud or an unethical situation, you should collect as much information as possible.

There are three possible ways to do this:

At this stage, you can choose to remain anonymous or not.

If you prefer to remain anonymous, that can sometimes make it harder to investigate. However, it’s your decision and we’ll do our best to get it done.

You’ll get a username and password so you can follow up on your report at any time.

This will allow you to speak confidentially with us.

We work with an external provider to guarantee your anonymity.

Your report is sent by our external provider to the Beneva Centre for Excellence in Fraud Prevention. We’ll confirm receipt of your information and then start an analysis and investigation, where applicable.

If additional information is required, we’ll contact you on the secure platform.

To ensure the confidentiality of all parties involved and comply with the law, we can’t guarantee any follow-up on the progress of investigations.
