Stéphane Morency has 25 years of experience in strategy and customer-centric transformation within large organizations, mainly in the insurance field. Until recently, he was leading the client transformation of a major financial institution where he worked for 15 years. He has had the opportunity, through various positions, to lead sectors such as strategic planning, marketing, digital, business intelligence, innovation, projects, actuarial, customer experience, etc. Prior to that, he worked in strategy consulting with executive teams of large corporations, initially in Europe and then in Canada. He was a partner in a strategy consulting firm where he was responsible for the strategic planning practice.
Throughout his career, Stéphane Morency had an impact on organizations, from strategy to implementation, so that they can refocus on their customers and develop the competitive advantages necessary for their success and sustainability. A well-known strategist, he also masters the key areas necessary for customer centricity such as marketing and digital. He was named a marketing visionary by Infopresse in 2019.
He holds a Bachelor's degree in Management from Laval University and a Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) from McGill University.
