Josée Lamontagne
Director
Ms. Lamontagne holds a Bachelor's Degree in Social Work and spent 15 years as Executive Director of the Association québécoise du personnel de direction des écoles (AQPDE), after gaining several years of experience in political roles. From 2008 to 2020, she led the Coalition de l'encadrement en matière de retraite et d'assurance (CERA) as Executive Director. During her tenure, she was an active member of the PPMP Retirement Committee, the PPMP Investment Committee, and the Comité paritaire intersectoriel en assurance.
It was through her work at CERA that Ms. Lamontagne became familiar with the core values upheld by SSQ Mutual, values she deeply embraces. To promote the Mutual's core values, Ms. Lamontagne has been a member of Beneva Mutual’s Board of Directors since 2021. She brings her wealth of experience to Beneva, contributing to the organization with a spirit of mutual aid and collaboration.
