Hubert Bolduc
Director
Hubert Bolduc has an impressive track record. He served as advisor to the Premier of Quebec from 2001 to 2003, before becoming Vice-President of Communications and Public Affairs at Cascades until 2012.
In 2014, he became Director at Investissement Québec, and then served as President and CEO of Montréal International, before finally being appointed Head of Investissement Québec International in September 2019.
Hubert Bolduc earned a bachelor's degree in political science from Université du Québec à Montréal, a master's degree in communications from the University of Stirling in Scotland and an MBA from HEC Montréal. He is a member of several boards, including that of Montréal International, the Conseil des relations internationales de Montréal (CORIM) and La Capitale Civil Service Mutual.
