Hubert Bolduc

Director

Mr. Bolduc holds a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science from Université du Québec à Montréal, a Master's Degree in Communications from Stirling University in Scotland and an MBA from HEC Montréal.

He was an Advisor to the Premier of Quebec from 2001 to 2003 and Vice President of Communications and Public Affairs at Cascades from 2004 to 2012. He later served as Deputy Minister in the Quebec civil service and as President and CEO of Montréal International. In 2019, Mr. Bolduc was appointed President of Investissement Québec International, the Quebec government's agency responsible for foreign investment prospecting and export assistance. He is actively involved in various boards of directors, including the Montreal Convention Centre, Scale AI and Forces Avenir.

Mr. Bolduc has also been serving on the Boards of Directors of La Capitale Civil Service Mutual and La Capitale Civil Service Insurer since 2017. He continues to serve as a Director of Beneva Mutual and Beneva.
