
Olga Farman
Director
Ms. Farman is a member of the Quebec Bar. Trained as a lawyer, she also holds an MBA in Business Management.
Since February 1, 2025, Ms. Farman has served as President and CEO of the Port de Québec. From 2016 to 2024, she was a managing partner of Norton Rose Fulbright’s Quebec City office, a law firm she joined in 2013.
With nearly two decades of involvement in various committees, Ms. Farman has made significant contributions to business, law, community investment, and major fundraising campaigns. She is frequently called upon to establish and organize consortia, foundations, and non-profit organizations, especially those involving public-private partnerships.
As Corporate Secretary to several Boards of Directors, Ms. Farman regularly advises directors and officers. Since 2022, she has been an independent member of the Board of Directors and Governance Committee of the Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec. In 2020, she was appointed to the Port Authority’s Board of Directors for a four-year term. In 2024, she was appointed Chair of the Fondation du musée de la Civilisation.
Ms. Farman has been serving on the boards of directors of La Capitale Civil Service Mutual and La Capitale Civil Service Insurer since 2019 and continues as a Director of Beneva Mutual and Beneva. Since 2020, she has also been a member of Beneva’s Executive Committee and Human Resources Committee.
