Dino Rambidis

Mr. Rambidis is a CPA who holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce with a major in accounting and a post-graduate diploma in public accounting. He has been working in the financial sector for over 30 years. Driven and results-oriented, he has consistently seized every opportunity to grow and expand his professional expertise.
Mr. Rambidis began his career as a senior accountant at PwC, before becoming the general controller at Commonwealth Plywood Ltd. He was then appointed Senior Director of Finance in Asset Management for Talvest Investment Funds. In 2005, Mr. Rambidis was named Vice President of Finance and Operations at PSP Investments. Then in 2016, he joined Fiera Capital as Senior Vice President of Corporate Finance. Later, he served as Chief Financial Officer at Stornoway Diamond Corporation Leddartech. In 2022, Mr. Rambidis was appointed Chief Financial Officer, and he was also a member of the Executive Committee and the Investment Strategy Group at CN's Investment Division. Since 2023, he has been Senior Vice President of Finance at Fonds de solidarité FTQ.
Throughout his career, Mr. Rambidis has played an active role in shaping financial and strategic plans alongside boards and senior management teams throughout his career. As of October 2023, he has also been a member of Beneva’s Board of Directors, serving on both the Executive Committee and Audit Committee.
