Madeleine Paulin

For over 12 years, Madeleine Paulin has been part of Quebec’s senior public service, first as Deputy Minister of the Ministère du Développement durable, then of the Ministère de l'Environnement et des parcs, followed by Associate Secretary General for Senior Positions at the Ministère du Conseil exécutif.
Since her retirement, she has been asked to join various committees, including the committee on the remuneration of Quebec judges. She is also involved with the dispute settlement board between the Quebec government and the province's federation of medical specialists (FMSQ).
Madeleine Paulin holds a degree in science from the Université de Moncton and a bachelor's degree in applied sciences from Université Laval.
