François Latreille

After completing his Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and earning his CGA designation – now CPA-CGP – Mr. Latreille began his career in an accounting firm before shifting his focus to the health and social services sector, where he spent nearly 50 years. Most notably, he served as as a Financial Services Manager. Throughout his career, he held various positions, including 11 years at the Centre Hospitalier de L'Outaouais, 8 years in the Haut-Richelieu region, and over 30 years at the CHU de Québec-Université Laval.

In 2009, Mr. Latreille joined La Capitale, which later became Beneva. He was a member of the Board of Directors of La Capitale Civil Service Mutual and chaired both the Audit Committee and Investment Committee. Since Beneva’s creation in 2020, Mr. Latreille has served as a member of the boards of both Beneva Mutual and Beneva, where he chairs the Investment Committee and Audit Committee.
