Marie-Josée Dutil
Director
Ms. Dutil holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, a certificate in advertising and a second certificate in governance from the Leadership Institute. She also completed her studies in real estate management at Université Laval. While she initially worked in the advertising industry for several years, her strong interest in real estate management prompted her to take various training courses in the field. Throughout much of her career, Ms. Dutil has had a significant role in real estate, beginning as an associate manager and later serving as president of a real estate company. She was Director of Technical Services at the Centrale des syndicats du Québec from 2002 to 2022, while also managing IT Services for over 15 years.
Ms. Dutil is highly committed to social causes, particularly advocating for the rights of vulnerable individuals. Since 2015, she has been actively involved with the board of Espace-Vie TSA, an innovative residential project for autistic adults, in addition to supporting several other organizations.
A member of the boards of SSQ Mutual and SSQ, Life Insurance Company since 2018, Ms. Dutil continues to serve as a Director of Beneva Mutual and sits on its Selection Committee. She is also a member of Beneva's Board of Directors and serves on its Executive Committee.
